How we work
01
Assess
We measure wear, scratches and etching and agree the finish you want.
02
Grind/hone
Diamond abrasives level and smooth the stone progressively.
03
Polish
Finer grits bring up the shine — gloss, satin or matte.
04
Protect & advise
Sealing options and a stone-safe daily routine keep the shine longer.
Often old wax layers, moisture under the surface or wrong cleaners. We strip and re-machine the stone to an even, natural tone.
What's the difference between polishing and crystallisation?
Polishing refines the stone itself with abrasives; crystallisation is a chemical finish that adds extra gloss and hardness. We recommend based on your floor's condition.
How long before we can walk on it?
You can usually walk in socks within hours; furniture back after 24 hours, and rugs after a few days if the floor was sealed.
