Will this help me get my deposit back?
It's designed to. Agents inspect cupboards, appliances, bathrooms and windows — exactly the areas our checklist covers. We can also attend the inspection if arranged in advance.
The house is still partly furnished — is that a problem?
We clean furnished properties too. Tell us during the quote and we'll plan around what stays.
How much notice do you need?
We're open 24/7 and can often arrange next-day service, but 2–3 days' notice guarantees your preferred slot, especially at month-end.
