Common questions
Can all fabrics be wet-cleaned?
No — some delicate fabrics (velvets, certain blends, some natural fibres) need low-moisture or dry methods. We test first and use whatever your furniture can safely take.
How long until we can use the sofa again?
Usually 4–8 hours. Good ventilation shortens that considerably.
