Spraying the ones you see does almost nothing — the colony hides in wall voids, cabinets and drains. We combine professional gel baiting with residual barriers so roaches carry treatment back to the nest, collapsing the population at its source.

Warning signs
Live roaches at night, or any seen in daytime (heavy infestation)
Pepper-like droppings in cabinets and drawer corners
Egg cases (oothecae) tucked in dark crevices
Musty oily odour in infested kitchens
Smear marks along wall-floor junctions
Why act fast
Contamination of food, surfaces and utensils
Spread of bacteria including Salmonella and E. coli
Allergy and asthma triggers, especially in children
Failed county health inspections for food businesses
Our approach
01
Identify the species
German cockroaches (small, kitchens) and American cockroaches (large, drains) need different strategies.
02
Gel baiting
Food-mimic gel placed precisely where roaches harbour — they feed, return and poison the colony chain.
03
Residual & flushing treatment
Crack-and-crevice treatment plus drain and void flushing flushes hidden harbourages.
04
Sanitation & exclusion advice
We show you the moisture and food sources feeding the problem and how to close them.
Before we arrive
Clear kitchen counters and empty lower cabinets for access
Clean grease and food debris, especially behind appliances
Fix leaking taps and dry out sink areas beforehand
Keep pet food sealed and off the floor
After treatment
Don't spray insecticide over gel bait — it blocks the transfer effect
Wipe only around baits, not over them
Expect increased roach activity for a few days — that's the bait working
German roach infestations typically collapse over 1–3 weeks with gel baiting. Heavy infestations may need a second visit, which we schedule as part of the job.
Is gel bait safe in a kitchen?
Yes. It's applied in tiny dabs deep into cracks and hinge areas — inaccessible to hands and food surfaces, but found by roaches.
We keep getting one or two roaches after treatment — normal?
Yes, for the first week or two as bait spreads through the colony. Numbers should fall steadily; if they don't, we return free of charge.
